I have had a couple people ask where we are located at. We actually have 2 locations one is in Gresham, OR (near Portland, OR) and the other is in Hermiston, OR (Eastern Oregon). So depending on where you are located we could deliver or mail all your Paper Party Goodies to you!! Please let us know if you have any other questions!!  :)
